The idea is to revitalize a utilitarian area in the heart of Nairobi’s Industrial Area, to give the building and its environs a modern yet contextual feel. As is our trademark, the building is naturally lit and ventilated. As we convinced the client to keep the mature beautiful trees, the development, is complete and one of a kind in the area. There is ample parking on site for users and visitors.
